The Owners' Board of Koskisen Group has initiated changes to the board work: Markku Koskinen and Eva Paksuniemi will be changing their duties.

The new chairman of Koskisen Oy will thus be Eva Paksuniemi as from 15^th November whereas Markku Koskinen continues as the vice chairman. The board operates as the group Business Board that the Managing Director Pekka Päkkilä reports to.

Markku Koskinen will be the new chairman of Koskitukki Oy that also holds the duties of Owners' Board.

These changes are to promote the renewal and continuous development of Koskisen Group and its strategy.
