Skilled personnel in many countries

Koskisen Group employs over 1000 people from which about 100 work abroad. In Finland Koskisen operations are situated in the southern part of the country. Our production plants are located in Järvelä, Hirvensalmi and Vierumäki. We also have production in Sheksna, which is in the Vologda province in Russia. Our own sales representative offices are located in 11 different countries.

Our personnel handles over one million cubes of wood yearly. Special solutions tailored to the customer’s needs play a bigger role in our production year after year. 60 % of our total production is exported. Our primary market area is Europe, but we deliver our products through our sales representatives all over the world. We are known internationally as fair wood experts who keep their promises.

Koskisen is acknowledged for personnel training and there are over 450 master craftsmen and journeymen in the company.
