Koskisen has planned a unique garage collection together with Herrala Houses’ architects. Koskisen garages’ structural and floor plans take into account every possible detail. All of the garage’s wood components are manufactured from Koskisen’s high-quality sawn timber.

The Koskisen garage comes in seven different models and three different delivery options: frame package, roof package and façade package. All of the wood in the models and delivery packages is cut-to-size.

• Frame Package: cut-to-size timber for the frame and ridge roof trusses
• Roof package: roof laths and roof boards
• Façade package: exterior cladding boards

Modifiable models

• when you choose the frame package, you can make the exterior cladding match other near-by buildings
• the roof trusses’ standard gradient is on 1:2.5, however it can be altered if needed
• the roof laths are dimensioned to fit a tin roof, but we can also supply brick and felt roof laths
• in the standard model the cladding boards are vertical panels, but also horizontal or vertical/horizontal panelling is available
• window and doorway sizes and places can be freely chosen according to placement of the frame posts
• the garages are easy to make heat-retaining, and simple to modify for other uses later, such as guest house or storage room
