KoskiFace - Furniture coating
KoskiFace - for multiple moulded applications
KoskiFace is a two-layer construction with thin birch veneer and surface material, glued together either crosswise or parallel to grain. KoskiFace is primarily used when a durable material is needed for various moulded applications or when a special material is required on a moulded article.
Advantages
- Endures multiple bendings well
- Clean surface, no glue bleeding
- A better tensile strength than a veneer
- A vast variety of different surface materials
- Environmentally friendly and odourless
KoskiFace surface material can be either wood veneer, painting film or any other material that is suitable for hot pressing. The production is done with glue films, which prevents glue bleeding to the surface material. Surface materials such as oak and teak veneers, which crack easily in form pressing, are supported by the birch veneer underneath. This way the surface endures better.
End uses
- formpressed furniture components
- kitchen cabinets, door panels
- space dividers, screens
- furniture parts
- sound insulation lattices
